How to use our clay mask

We are a DIY clay mask with a difference.

By providing you with the Powder Clay and Illuminating Oil, you are the mixologist.

Combining the clay with water into a smooth paste, you can then customise the mask to suit your skin’s needs with the addition of the oil.

Cleanse

Begin with washing your face using a gentle cleanser & lukewarm water. After pat your skin dry with a soft flannel. We love to light a candle to set the mood too.

Mix

Create the mask by adding two heaped spoonfuls of Powder Clay with one to two spoons of water. Once combined, add the Illuminating Oil.

Apply

Using the silicone brush provided, apply an even layer of the mask to your face taking care to avoid your eyes & mouth. We love to use a spa headband to keep our flyaways at bay.

Wait

Once evenly applied, wait ten to fifteen minutes for the mask to begin drying. Our favourite thing to do is pour a glass of wine and relax.

Rinse

Once the mask begins to feel tacky but is not completely dry, rinse it off using lukewarm water and a gentle flannel. Our favourite way is to rinse it off in the shower.

Moisturise

Gently pat your skin dry using a gentle flannel and complete the glow with your favourite light-weight moisturiser! Don’t forget the SPF if you’re going out in the sun.
