We're hiring a Marketing & Office Assistant.

No prior experience is required for this role as we will train you on the job.

This opportunity will be perfect for someone looking to get new experience in marketing and would be ideal for a part-time or gap-year student.

All we ask is that you have a can-do attitude and an interest in skincare and marketing.

  • Duties & responsibilities

    MARKETING & PR

    1. Create content for tiktok and instagram

    2. Influencer marketing

    3. Paid partnership management

    4. Support the marketing manager, Emily, with her tasks

    - Scheduling content for IG

    - Assisting with ambassador programme

    - Monthly reports

    - Newsletters

    - Blogs

    - Support on organising events

    OPERATIONS

    5. Packing orders (daily)

    6. Making skincare (weekly, at some point this will stop)

    7. General office organising, tidying and stock take

    8. Any other tasks required to assist Isobel

    CUSTOMER SERVICE

    9. Replying to customer queries

    10. Supporting at pop-ups with customer service and sales
