PRACTICE GUA SHA
OUR RECOMMENDATIONS ON HOW TO USE THE GUA SHA TOOL:
Hold the tool at a 15-45 degree angle & use your free hand to support your skin as the tool glides. Never use the tool on dry skin & do not apply too much pressure.
- Use edge 1 to gently massage up the neck
- Move to edge 2 & sweep along the jawline
- Use edge 1 to glide along the cheekbones
- Use the corner of edges 1 & 2 to smooth under the eyes towards the outside of your face
- Follow your brow bone using edges 1 & 2 to sweep to the outside of your face
- Use edge 1 & gently pull upwards on your forehead
