What is a money-back guarantee?
We promise that you can get your money back if you don't like our products.
Despite being confident in our products & their ability, we understand everyone's skin is different.
Because of that, we are offering you a money-back guarantee on all our skincare products.
To see results, our products must be applied weekly (clay masks) or daily (facial oil & lash oil) for a minimum of 12 weeks. Though many customers see results after one month of use, it can take three full months to see full results.
To qualify for our money-back guarantee, you must ensure you:
- Take a photo of your skin/lashes on the day that you begin using our products.
The photo must have a time stamp and date visible. - Please continue using our products as recommended for 12 weeks, taking weekly progress photos. After 12 weeks of consistent use, please take a final photo of your skin and lashes.
Please ensure the images are clear and from the same angle as your first photo.
All images must have a date and time stamp visible. - Send these images to hello@perlcosmetics.com and a member of our team will examine the evidence you have provided.
If all evidence is approved you will either receive a replacement product for you to continue your skin journey with PERL, or you will receive a full refund.
It is also important to note that PERL has the right to reject your application if the evidence is incomplete. Your application will only be valid if it is submitted within six months of your original order date.
