What is a money back guarantee?

We promise that if you don't like our products, you can get your money back.

Despite being confident in our products & their ability, we understand everyones skin is different.

Becasue of that, we are offering you a money-back guarantee on all our skincare products. 

Our products must be applied weekly (clay masks) or daily (facial oil & lash oil) for a minimum period of 12 weeks in order to see results. Though many customers see results after one month of use, it can take the full three months to see full results.

In order to qualify for our money-back guarantee, you must ensure you:

1. Take a photo of your skin/lashes on the day that you begin using our products.
   The photo must have a time stamp and date visible.
2. Continue to use our products as recommended for 12 weeks with weekly progress photos. Once 12 weeks of consistent use has passed, please take a final photo of your skin/lashes.
   Please ensure the images are clear and from the same angle as your first photo. 
   All images must have a date and time stamp visible.
3. Send these images to hello@perlcosmetics.com and a member of our team will examine the evidence you have provided.
   If all evidence is approved you will either receive a replacement product for you to continue your skin journey with PERL, or you will receive a full refund.

It is also important to note that PERL has the right to reject your application should the evidence be incomplete. Your application will only be valid if it is placed within six months of your original order date.
